Pack 318 organizes two weekend camping trips each year -- one in the Fall and one in the Spring. Camping is a highlight of the scouting experience! The location varies and has included Big Basin, Coyote Lake, Mount Madonna, and others.

The whole family is invited to come on camping trips, including siblings. The pack provides food; below is a supply list for individual families to bring.

Sleeping
  • tent w/ ground cloth and rain fly (1 per family)
  • sleeping bag
  • sleeping pad (air mattress)
  • pillow

Clothes
  • cub scout uniform class A and B (wear it to camp)
  • poncho or raincoat
  • jacket
  • sweatshirt
  • socks (1 for each day plus 1 extra)
  • underwear (1 for each day plus 1 extra)
  • shirts (1 for each day plus 1 extra)
  • pants (2) - at least one should be long
  • shoes (1)
  • pajamas
  • hat (warmth)
  • light gloves
